The 29-year-old host of G4’s Attack of the Show purchased several boxes of Crown condoms, which are branded as “The closest thing to nothing at all.”
Just this past Tuesday, Olivia and Star Trek stud Chris Pine were seen out on a dinner date together. They’ve been romantically linked for about a month now.

San Diego Chargers linebacker, Shawne Merriman filed a lawsuit Wednesday against his ex-girlfriend, reality TV star, Tila Nguyen, better known as Tila Tequila.
According to the NFL superstar, Nguyen, among other things lied about her claims in November that Merriman physically abused her, in an attempt to ruin his career. Furthermore, he is saying that Tequila posted pictures of him and used his "Lights Out" trademark on her website without his permission.
Merriman alleges that Nguyen set out to ruin his career by posting on her website that he choked and attacked her, that he sleeps with minors and forces them to take drugs, and that he used illegal drugs.
In the lawsuit, Merriman says Tila admitted making false statements about him.
The football star is seeking an injunction from trademark and copyright infringements, statutory damages of up to $2 million and other unspecified damages.
In November, Tila filed a lawsuit against Merriman, accusing him of assault, battery and false imprisonment. She alleged that on September 5, she and Merriman got into a argument over his temper, his drug use, and derogatory comments toward her. According to Nguyen, Merriman choked her when she tried to leave his home. Sheriff’s deputies were called to the house and arrested Merriman. Merriman has said that Nguyen was drunk and he was trying to prevent her from driving.
Sheriff’s deputies said they saw no signs of injury or struggle and the District Attorney’s Office declined to file charges, saying there was not enough evidence to prove a crime was committed.

Chris spent several minutes promoting his new album on the "Wake Up Show" on Seattle's KUBE 93, when the topic turned to Rihanna. Brown deflected the first question saying, "I'm really done talking about the whole situation ... I'm just moving forward."
But the DJ wasn't done yet -- and blurted out, "F**k that, did Rihanna throw you under the bus or what?"
Before Brown could even respond, his handler tells the DJ, "alright guys" -- and hangs up on the station.

Satoko Yokoyama's drama about a mentally challenged man's crush on a new kindergarten teacher in his rural Aomori town is a bold, original blend of the real and fantastic, comic and dramatic.
9. "Symbol":
Hitoshi Matsumoto's man-in-a-room comedy takes inspiration from the final sequence of "2001: A Space Odyssey," but the silly, inspired slapstick gags are pure Matsumoto.
8. "Instant Numa":
Satoshi Miki's comedy about an endearingly flaky woman's search for her eccentric antique (i.e., junk) dealer dad is packed with small comic gems, delivered in Miki's trademark dry style of spot-on timing and blithe disregard for logic.
7. "Live Tape":
Tetsuaki Matsue's docudrama of singer-songwriter Kenta Maeno's New Year's Day stroll through Kichijoji unfolds in one 74-minute take that amuses, surprises, entertains — and finally moves, as the too-cool Maeno reveals his own insecurities and regrets, summed up in a stirring final number dedicated to his dead father.
6. "Nankyokyu Ryomin":
Shuichi Okita's dramady, centering on the gung-ho cook (Makoto Sakai) for a Japanese research team in Antarctica, offers up big helpings of wry humor, likable characters and absolutely scrumptious-looking chow.

Angelina Jolie Criticizes President Obama

Angelina Jolie -- who "hates" Barack Obama, sources have told Us -- gives the President and his administration a stern talking-to in an OpEd published Thursday at Newsweek.com.
In "Justice Delayed is Not Justice Denied," the actress and U.N. goodwill ambassador writes passionately about the ongoing situation in the Darfur region of Sudan, where "government supported militia have left 300,000 dead and 2.7 million people internally displaced."
Jolie complains that Obama's administration "has not yet announced any serious moves" to bring corrupt Sudanese leaders to justice.
"I believe President Obama ... will do [his] best to bring peace to the region," Jolie writes, but she seriously questions his policy. "How is the Obama administration's approach to Sudan an evolution of justice?" she writes. "In addition, when the administration says it intends to work to 'improve the lives of the people of Darfur,' I would like to know what that means, besides the obvious point that their lives could hardly get worse."
The 34 year-old actress worries that if the administration doesn't deal more forcefully with Sudanese officials, future leaders could continue to "pocket financial assistance and aid relief" and "act with impunity."
She also recommends a new report "funded by the Jolie-Pitt Foundation" that the administration and the U.N. should use to the prevent future atrocities worldwide. Jolie adds: "On this Human Rights Day--the same day President Obama receives his Nobel Peace Prize--we must also remember those who have been deprived of their rights."
In a recent issue of Us Weekly, a source explained to Us that Jolie and boyfriend Pitt "get in nasty arguments all the time" about President Obama. "She thinks Obama is all smoke and mirrors."

She’s been keeping a low profile since the summertime release of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, but last night (December 9) Isabel Lucas stepped out to attend the ‘Summit on the Summit’ pre-ascent event in West Hollywood, California.

'Chuck' This Out: NBC Harnessing Nerd Power + Chuck Cast Sings Thank You to Fans

"Chuck" already has a huge online fanbase. Now, NBC is hoping to harness the power of the nerd masses to help hype the show's return.
The network tonight is launching "Mission: Chuck Me Out." a social media-based game in which Chuckaholics can win prizes and other rewards by spreading the gospel according to Bartowski.
Using the already existing Chuckmeout.com site, fans can sign up their Twitter, Facebook and MySpace campaign for the game. Then, every time they preach "Chuck" or get friends to watch a clip of the show or otherwise pimp the series, they'll earn points.
Fans with the most point each week between now and March 8 will win "Chuck" gift packs which include goodies such as signed DVDs. The grand prize winner with the most points at the end of the game-- we're already betting Newark Star-Ledger TV critic Alan Sepinwall will be said superfan-- will have their photo featured during one of Mr. Bartowski's on-air memory "flashes."
"'The fans of 'Chuck' have been incredibly passionate and supportive of the show," said Adam Stotsky, president of NBC Entertainment marketing. "We want to reward this loyalty and activate further social conversation about the incredible new season."
"Chuck" has had a particularly strong relationship with its fan base.
When it seemed as if NBC might not bring the show back for a third season, the online Nerd Herd rallied to prove their economic power by organizing an effort to get fans to stop by Subway on the same day.
Subway saw a sales spike and ultimately signed on for a significant product integration deal credited with helping the Peacock opt to renew "Chuck."
Networks are increasingly turning to social media-based games to help promote their shows.
Over the summer, for example, Fox gave "Glee" diehards a chance to rack up points by singing the praises of the musical dramedy. And NBC helped pump "Community" by offering viewers a chance to watch the pilot earley by talking up the show to their online buddies.
"Chuck" returns with a two-hour premiere on Sunday, Jan. 10 and moves back to its 8 p.m. Monday slot Jan. 11.

New-wave/punk-rock band POLYSICS will release their second best-of album, BESTOISU!!!!, on January 13th 2010.
Their first greatest hit album, POLYSICS or DIE was released in 2004, and this new album, BESTOISU!!!!, will be released to celebrate the band's 10th major anniversary. It will feature all of the band's hit songs since the single Baby BIAS in 2005, which was when Yano joined the band as the drummer. Amongst the songs included will be Electric Surfin' Go Go, I MY ME MINE, Pretty Good, Rocket, You-You-You and more, for a total of 17 songs.
The album will also be available in a limited version which will contain a bonus disc of previously unreleased tracks, live songs and songs released only on European and American versions.

The 33-year-old world Number One told wife Elin he "will do anything" after being linked with a string of women.

Modern Family's Eric Stonestreet Interview

If you've ever read PopWrap or been within a 300-foot radius of me when confronted with a clown, you know that I'm not a fan. So it says a lot that I not only watched all of "Modern Family's" clown-centric episode, but laughed my unpainted face off.
It's a true testament not only to my adoration of the show, but also to the tremendous talents of Eric Stonestreet (who plays clown-loving Cameron) that I wanted to watch despite my trembling soul. Tonight "MF" returns with a (thankfully) red nose-free episode that focuses on Christmas spirit (this is from yesterday), something Cam will undoubtedly have shooting from his fingertips.
I recently chatted with Eric about (shudder) clowns before quickly changing the subject to the pressures of playing gay, what it means to be a part of this "Modern Family" and who his on-screen dream mother is.
( If I was home right now, I'd be mixing up a bathtub full of eggnog and trying to squeeze a greased hog into a Santa hat. You don't think I don't miss that? )

A couple weeks after “Star Trek” opened with a $75 million first weekend and Chris Pine went from largely unknown actor to global superstar, the 29-year-old actor found himself a target of the paparazzi, who convinced there was something going on between him and “The Hills” star Audrina Patridge.
A couple weeks ago, MTV News honored Chris as one of the people we’re most thankful for in 2009, and during a wide-ranging conversation about the “Trek” franchise and the future of his career, talk inevitably turned to one thing Chris ain’t so happy about in 2009: those pesky photogs that targeted him earlier in the year.
“I certainly despise them with all my soul,” he said.
As prepared for the intrusion as he was before the blockbuster success of “Trek,” Chris admitted there’s truly no way to prepare for the reality of paps staking out your home and waiting to snap snap snap as soon as you emerge into daylight.
“In terms of the private life stuff, I understood what would or could happen because of my involvement in something so big, but you don’t really understand it until it starts happening and people are waiting outside your house,” he said. “And I live in an apartment on a busy street. It was pretty brutal when the movie first came out, and then it dies down and the paparazzi lose their interest and go after the next flavor of the day.”
For all the hassle of increased media attention on his personal life, Chris characterized the tabloid spotlight as a fair trade-off, or as he put it, “the deal with the devil you make.”
“I would say that artistically it’s been everything I wanted,” he continued.” ‘Star Trek’ has afforded me the luxury of choice in terms of what I want to do and where I want to take my career,” he said. “I don’t know how long that will last for, but certainly right now I’m enjoying that immensely.”

Six months ago my bestie tried in vain to convince me that the stud chick who'd outed Remy Ma three years ago on The Cliffy Barz show was new Young Money it girl Nicki Minaj [click here and here if you missed that]. One reason I didn't believe my friend is because the stud in the video said she came from The Bronx and Nicki hails from Queens. Second, though the studly chick sounds like Nicki, she didn't look like Nicki AT ALL to me. But my bestie argued that Nicki had gotten her nose and teeth fixed.

Pee-Wee Herman: ‘Taylor Lautner’s Playing [Me] In The Movie’
LOS ANGELES, Calif. --
Will a “Twilight Saga” star be stepping into Pee-Wee Herman’s white wingtips?
“Taylor Lautner’s playing Pee-Wee in the movie. That’s what I understand,” Paul Reubens, in character as Pee-Wee, joked to Access Hollywood on Monday.
The “Pee-Wee’s Playhouse” star is making a comeback with a new stage show in Los Angeles, debuting at Club Nokia in January – and he added that a pair of movies are in the works.
“There’s going to be at least two new movies. Most people don’t know about it, yet, including all the studios,” he laughed with his trademark “ha-ha.” “I’m sure there will be in my lifetime.”
As for the reason to resurrect his famous character, Paul said he just felt Pee- Wee calling.
“I just got up one day and felt like I’m gonna come back, that was it,” Paul said. “I just felt like, ‘Not doing that much, might be fun to rehearse a show for weeks and weeks and weeks.’”
In the meantime, the funnyman has been involved in scientific pursuits.
“I’m involved a lot with the Jet Propulsion Lab in Pasadena, space exploration,” he said. “We just discovered water on the moon, I’m sure you’ve heard about that. In my spare time.”

Flight of the Conchords TV show is no more.
Bret, Jemaine and James (co-creator/director) said “we’ve noticed the less we say about the future of the show, the more people want to talk about it, so in an effort to reverse this trend we are today announcing that we won’t be returning for a 3rd season.
We’re very proud of the two seasons we made and we like the way the show ended. We’d like to thank everyone who helped make the show and also everyone who watched it. While the characters Bret and Jemaine will no longer be around, the real Bret and Jemaine will continue to exist.

MTV axes 'It's On with Alexa Chung'
MTV live talker "It's On With Alexa Chung" will not be returning after its second-season finale Dec. 17.
Series, hosted by the British TV personality, featured interviews, musical guests and pop-culture news along with an interactive component. Having debuted as an hourlong show in June, it returned for its second season Oct. 19 as a half-hour in a new 3:30 p.m. timeslot.
MTV programming prexy Tony DiSanto told Daily Variety the cabler is "100% committed" to a studio-based, live pop-culture show with music and interviews, but indicated that the network is still searching for the right formula.
"The difference between these (and scripted shows) is you have to develop these on the air," said DiSanto, adding that "we make the changes until we settle on the show that's what we want."
Steve Tseckares, hired by MTV last month as senior veep of special programming and production, said that a revamped program would premiere in January. Until then, MTV will air a mix of repeats and specials in the timeslot.
Chung's contract with the network expires early next year, and MTV is "leaving it open" as far as future plans with her.

My mom chose the lifestyle because she didn't choose welfare. Every time I seen her, it felt like Christmas. Everything that was nice in my life was gone when she left, and the only people I saw that had nice things were people from the lifestyle. And they'd look at me and go, Why you look like that? Why your shoes run-down?
What led my mom into the lifestyle that got her killed was what led me into the lifestyle: to prevent needing things so much.
If I'd had a choice, I would've been a college kid. I would've majored in business.
Sometimes you do need to convince yourself through convincing others.

It could have been her most compelling performance in years – but Liza Minnelli has cancelled the show. It has emerged that the 63-year-old singer has unexpectedly settled a long-running and expensive legal battle against her former driver, just days before she was due to appear in a New York court to face accusations that she'd beaten him while drunk and forced him into sex.
Ms Minnelli struck a deal with M'Hammed Soumayah, who was her chauffeur for over a decade before being fired in 2004, to drop a lawsuit in which he sought a total of $100m [£62.5m] for assault and battery, breach of contract, personal injury, and multiple counts of sexual harassment. The terms of the deal are confidential, said presiding judge Paul Feinman, adding that "the entire action has been settled and discontinued". The deal was reached on 13 November, four days before Ms Minnelli would have been required to give evidence under oath.

Sundance Unveils 8 Films From 2010 Fest for U.S. City Screenings

Sundance Institute has unveiled eight films that will participate in its inaugural Sundance Film Festival USA, a new initiative that will spotlight films from Sundance’s 2010 line up in eight cities. As part of the program, filmmakers will travel from the Sundance Film Festival in Park City to cities across America, where they will introduce and screen their original films and engage in Q&As with local audiences.
In addition to premiering their work at the 2010 Sundance Film Festival, most of the participants have a previous connection to the non-profit Sundance Institute, whether as advisors to the Institute’s directors’ or screenwriters’ labs, or as filmmakers screening in past festivals. In each city an introduction video featuring Robert Redford and highlights from the festival will precede the screenings. The Sundance Film Festival opens January 21 and runs through January 31.

Avatar screened last night in London for members of the press and US screenings started this morning. I saw the film first thing today, and embargo keeps me from saying anything about it. Twitter has been fairly quiet, with those who’ve seen it abiding by the embargo so far.
But some UK outlets don’t care as much about the embargo, and there is already a full-fledged review in The Sun and some useful comments in The Guardian.

Score one for the wife vs baby mama debate. I'm gonnna go out on a limb and say if Kelis hadn't been married to Nas, she probably wouldn't have just been awarded $51,000.00 a month in alimony. According to court documents released yesterday, Nas' permanent support order is for $10,647 a month in child support and $40,454 a month in spousal support.
For that, Nas still had to request overnight visits with his son, which is now under review. But to her credit, Kelis, who recently signed a record deal with Will.I.Am's label, says she tried to reconcile with her husband back in September but it didn't work out.
